Just discovered the sepia/black & white mode on me camera. Great for disguising crap photos........... ;)
Another home win for the Tigers as they strive to make the most of what's left of a very turbulent season. Meeting report & scorecard can be found here.
Rider ratings:
Robert Ksiezak (7+1) - An average outing for Robert. A reasonable total, but it could have been more.
Lee Dicken (7+1) - A heat win, a 2nd place and a paid win. Solid stuff from the popular Englishman
Shane Parker (12+1) - Beaten by Pisczc in heat 5 and settled for an inherited 3rd in heat 15, plus three effortless wins took him to 12 pts.
Trent Leverington (13+1) - Consistent scoring from Trent. Rode hard and strong all day. Don't think I'm alone in saying I'd be happy to see him back next season.
r/r Josh Grajczonek - No 8 for the day, Adam McKinna (1+1) took most of Josh's rides. Apart from a well fought point in heat 9, he found himself trailing in at the rear for most of the afternoon.
Mitchell Davey (4+1) - The obligitory heat 2 win was followed by a point in heat 7 and two last places. Had a slightly iffy heat 14, but he's a vastly improved rider, now adapting well to the British scene.
Anders Andersen (6+1) - Brilliant win in heat 8, with a 2nd and a 3rd to his name too. A rider under some pressure to perform, and Sunday will have done his confidence a world of good.
Bandits - Tomasz Piszcz (18), guesting for the absent Adrian Rymel, rode a fantastic meeting to go through the card without a defeat. Would love to see him again next season, whoever he's riding for. Other bandits of note were Michal Makovsky (10+1) and Scott Smith (8+1). Also, a few words for Berwick guest Danny Warwick (2). He twice found himself on the deck, and was quickly up to his feet and ready to go on both occassions. He had a pretty luckless afternoon, but he's had, and will have, better days at Ashfield.
